We are a fully equipped Classical Pilates studio in the heart of Morningside. We teach the whole “Contrology” system – the original method developed by Joe Pilates over many decades, designed to balance the body and avoid injury by working all your muscle groups equally.

Our equipment – the Balanced Body Contrology Line and Legacy Apparatus – are made according to Joe Pilates’ original specifications and upholds Joe’s high standards by correcting your movements and challenging you to work harder – The best Classical Pilates apparatus available.

If you are new to Pilates, classical Pilates will help you gain strength, confidence and quickly see positive changes in your body. If you are already practising mat or reformer Pilates, we will also be using the other apparatus (Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Arm Chair, Ladder Barrel, Ped-O-Pul, Spine Corrector, Foot Corrector, etc ) to challenge your mind and bring your practice to the next level.
