Private Sessions

Our one-to-one sessions are the ideal way to begin your Pilates practice. Each session is tailored to your individual needs – whether you’re managing pain, recovering from injury, or working towards personal goal. This approach enables you to progress effectively and safely.

In these sessions, you will learn the fundamental exercises across a range of apparatus while we develop a personalised programme for your body. This builds a strong foundation and prepares you to move into Open Gym sessions with confidence and independence.

Private lessons are required before joining the Open Gym, and most people need around 10 sessions to feel ready.

We recommend 2–3 sessions per week to experience meaningful results.

Introductory Private Special

If you are new to Pilates, our Introductory Private sessions are perfect for you to learn about Pilates and our studio. The session is tailored to your physical needs (e.g. Lower back pain, frozen shoulders, osteoporosis, old injuries, etc) and personal goals (e.g. rehabilitation, building strength, alleviate chronic symptoms,  manage pain etc ).

If you are interested in joining our group equipment class, we highly recommend you to take at least three private sessions beforehand.

This pass is limited to new clients exclusively.

Duet Sessions (55 minutes)

Duets are two-person studio sessions that are great for staying motivated whilst experiencing the many benefits of a private session. You can enjoy Duet Sessions with your partner, friend or family member. With Duet Sessions you still use the Pilates apparatus and receive a great amount of private attention, but at lower cost.

Joe’s Open Gym

Joe’s Open Gym is our signature session. It is an opportunity to learn and train – just like in Joe Pilates’s original studio. In this small group setting (maximum five people), you will follow your own personalised programme under the teacher’s guidance and supervision, focusing on your body’s needs and progressing at your own pace.

Open Gym sessions are designed for those who have learned fundamental exercises and can confidently set up their own equipment, maintain safe alignment and movement, and manage appropriate repetitions. As you progress, you’ll be encouraged to integrate new skills with increasing independence, without relying fully on the teacher. It typically takes around 10 private sessions to reach this level.

Studio Mat Classes

Wednesdays 18:00 – 19:00

We have mixed-level mat classes – with a maximum of 6 people in order to provide attention to each participant. Our mat class is based on Joe Pilates’s original Mat Exercise routine, which is the first step into the Contrology System. We will work you hard and you will become stronger.

Studio Policy

A 24 hour cancellation policy- If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged the full rate of the missing session.
